Letter of Refference for Jilly Cammisa

In 2008 my husband accepted a position in California. We needed to put our two properties (our home and a rental) in Delray Beach up for sale. We were not looking forward to working with a realtor when we were out of state, especially in a declining market. We had concerns about a lack of communication and real effort to sell our home. 

We were referred Jilly Cammisa by another realtor (who only handles million dollar homes in the area). Jilly was very responsive and a pleasure to speak with. But the real satisfaction came when we actually moved to California and we no longer in Delray Beach.

Jilly kept us informed on an ongoing basis.She provided updates on the market and was always upbeat, even as the market declined. Even after it tanked, she was professional and contacted us regularly. Jilly made suggestions and shared information about pricing and relevent sales that helped us stay in tune with the Florida market. Jilly put us in touch with a property manager/handyman who maintained our property to insure it continued to have "curb appeal" and who took good care of our tenants. She was our eyes and ears in Delray.

When we did receive an offer, the buyer's condition was the property would be tenant free. Jilly kept in touch with us, the title company, the buyers' realtor and out tenants (who were not pleased at having to move). She was instrumental in helping tenants through the process and even offered to help them find new living quarters.

Jilly sold both our homes. In one case she represented the buyer and us. In both cases, the transactions were completed successfully and without issue or delay. We were so happy to have someone we could count on. We highly recommend her.
